In 1979,Qingdao Jiaonan Government built a factory for ship building business. The factory was named “Lingshan Ship building Co., Ltd” and the factory was owned by the government. One of her branches seated in the Zhuhai Industry Zone, the branch was the predecessor of our company. The main business is steel structure building and ship building. In 2000, the Jiannan Government decided to transfer Lingshan Shipbuilding Company into private enterprise. At the same year, Lingshan Shipbuilding Company combined by Korea Hyundai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. And we became an independent private company with the name Lingshan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. The main products the same.
In 2003,we join in the china Steel Construction Society.
In 2005, we became a director of Shandong Steel Construction Inspection and design society.
In 2006,the factory expanded the produce ability to 3000 ton per month.
In 2009, we get the China classification society certification.
In 2012,we get the produce license for pressure vessel. In order to serve the import and export business, another branch named Tianjun Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd established.
In 2014,the China Harbor Engineering company settled in Lingshan factory and joint investment in a Saudi Arabia project and the project finished successfully in the same year.
In 2018, with the business expands, another branch company named Qingdao Lingshan Steel Structure Material Co., Ltd. is established , especially for the exporting business. The Lingshan group step into the booming development.
In 2024, to meet the expanding global market demand, a new production base was established in Weifang, Shandong, covering an area of 75,685 square meters. Equipped with advanced intelligent CNC production lines, the facility significantly enhances our manufacturing capacity and precision.
In 2026, Qingdao Lingshan Material Co., Ltd. was officially renamed to Qingdao Lanjing Steel Structure Co., Ltd. This strategic move integrates three specialized subsidiaries into a unified group, strengthening the "Lanjing" brand and enhancing our comprehensive service capabilities in the steel structure industry.
